Folk Dance has a driving piano rhythm which makes the strings sound like they are playing faster. With repeated notes and repeated patterns, this piece is easy to teach and fun to play. An open-string violin part is provided as well as a cello melody part giving you the choice to challenge you students accordingly. I have used this piece on my first concerts.<\/p>\n

Music in the Style of Telemann<\/span><\/h6>\n

Music in the Style of Telemann has full measures of repeated eighth notes on one note . Students feel the drive of the Baroque period and feel worthy of performing for an audience. Such a departure from the usual quarter and half notes in \u201cD\u201d major tonality with the piano providing the serious minor mode. The students are so exciting to play a tremolo. An optional open string part is included but this piece can be played with just violin 1 and piano.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n
